I cannot express enough how grateful we all are for the outpouring of love and support you’ve all shown my mom. We are asked dozens of times daily what we need. We still have no idea how to reply to this question because, as strange as it sounds, we still don’t know what we need.
I do know that food is always a safe choice.
In addition to the things I‘ve mentioned throughout other posts, she’s received some very thoughtful get well wishes.
Charlene and Marlene brought a gorgeous orchid and some of Char’s homemade wedding soup. Candy and Eddie sent a lovely soft blanket and gift basket. Donna, Stephanie, and Stacey sent PJs and a wrap. Laura sent a beautiful framed poem about the strength of the roots of an oak tree, as well as a gift card to the delicious Fig and Ash. Emily brought enough food from Il Pizzaiolo to feed a small army.
Marlene brought some delicious gourmet peanut butter cups.
Mass cards, Hallmark cards, flowers, food, emails, texts, prayers.
She's heard from so many friends she hadn't heard from in years.
So much love.
Every single sentiment has been received with tears of gratitude. Thank you all for your continued love, prayers, and support.
